Terms of Service

Introduction​

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MileLog ("the App"), a mobile application developed and operated by RockieStar Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Using Our Services​

License to Use​

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on your own Apple devices in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

User Conduct​

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App
  • Transfer, distribute, or share your license to the App
  • Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users

Data and Privacy​

User Data​

The App stores all trip data locally on your device. We do not collect or store any of your personal trip data on our servers.

Location Data​

The App may use your location data to provide core functionality, such as tracking trips. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Ownership and Intellectual Property​

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain exclusively with RockieStar Inc. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability​

Service Provided "As Is"​

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RockieStar Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
